We are a manufacturer-backed trading company. Since 2015 we work exclusively with 3 long-term partner factories in Shenzhen and Dongguan. This gives you near-factory pricing plus the flexibility of mixed-model orders that pure factories rarely accept.

Office: Room 1006, Xianke Industry Building, Bagua 4th Road, Futian District, Shenzhen 518029, China.

Do you have business licenses and export rights?

Yes. We hold a valid Chinese business license, import/export rights, and registered trademarks. Documentation available on request before order confirmation. Many of our products carry CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications – reports shared upon request.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes, and we strongly recommend it. Sample orders typically have:

  • Lead time: 1-3 days from stock, 5-10 days for custom samples
  • Cost: Sample fee + courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS, paid by you)
  • Refundable: Sample fee is fully refundable on your first bulk order of 500+ pcs

How current is your product range with new phone models?

We track every major Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, and Google launch. Cases and screen protectors for new models are typically ready in our catalog within 2-3 weeks of phone release. Pre-orders accepted before official launch.

How fast can I get a quotation?

Within 2 hours during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00 Beijing time). Complex custom orders may take up to 24 hours. For weekend inquiries, expect a reply on Monday morning.

OEM / Custom Branding Build Your Brand

Do you offer OEM and ODM services?

Yes – full OEM and ODM:

  • OEM: Your logo / brand on existing products (silk-screen, hot-stamping, laser engraving, embossed leather)
  • ODM: Custom design from scratch – shape, material, color, packaging
  • Custom packaging: Color box, blister, hangtag, manual, barcode labels – we handle artwork to print
  • MOQ for branding: 500 pcs per design
What artwork files do you need for custom branding?

Preferred formats: AI / EPS / PDF vector files (editable, scalable). High-res PNG (300 DPI+) also works for simple logos. We can also redraw your logo for a small one-time fee (~$30).

Pantone color codes preferred for color accuracy. Our team will send digital proofs for approval before production.

Can I get exclusive designs that you won’t sell to others?

Yes, with two paths:

  • Mold exclusivity: If you commission a new mold (~$500-3000 depending on product), you own the mold and design. Total exclusivity.
  • Regional exclusivity: For larger orders (10,000+ pcs/year commitment), we can agree to regional sales restrictions in writing.
Will you protect my brand and designs from being copied?

Yes. We sign NDAs before sharing pricing or design details. For OEM clients we keep your artwork files segregated and never display branded samples publicly. Your trade secrets stay with our sales lead and production manager only.

Can you do private-label packaging from scratch?

Absolutely. Our in-house design team will:

  • Create dieline templates for your product
  • Design front/back/side artwork following your brand guidelines
  • Print samples for your approval
  • Handle barcode (EAN/UPC) registration if needed

Lead time: 7-15 days for packaging design + production.

Shipping & FBA Global Delivery

What shipping methods do you offer?

Three main options based on speed and cost:

  • Air Express (3-7 days): DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT – door-to-door, best for samples and urgent stock
  • Air Freight (7-12 days): Airport-to-airport via DSV, K&N – for 100-500 kg orders
  • Sea Freight (25-45 days): LCL or FCL containers – best per-unit cost for large orders
  • Rail (Europe, 18-25 days): China-EU rail via Yiwu/Chengdu – middle ground for EU clients
Do you ship to Amazon FBA warehouses?

Yes – we handle FBA shipments to:

What is your lead time from order to shipment?

Depends on order type:

  • Stock items: 2-5 days
  • OEM with existing molds: 12-20 days
  • New OEM/ODM: 25-45 days (includes sampling and approval cycle)
  • Custom packaging: +7-10 days on top of product lead time
How do I track my shipment?

You get a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment leaving our warehouse. We use carrier portals (DHL.com, FedEx.com) and consolidated tools like 17track.net for sea/multi-leg shipments. Our sales rep proactively pushes updates at customs clearance, departure, arrival, and delivery.

Who pays for shipping?

Default is FOB Shenzhen – you cover shipping. We can also quote:

  • CIF / DAP: We arrange international freight, you handle import customs
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle everything including destination duties – simpler but adds ~15-25% to cost
  • EXW: You pick up from our warehouse with your own forwarder
Do you handle customs documents?

Yes. Standard export docs included: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin (Form A, FE, etc.), CE/FCC/RoHS certificates when applicable. Special docs (CO from CCPIT, fumigation, MSDS for batteries) on request.

Are batteries (in chargers, earbuds) shippable internationally?

Yes, with proper handling. We are certified to ship Class 9 lithium batteries via DHL/FedEx (UN3481/3091 documentation), air freight (with MSDS and UN38.3 reports), and sea freight (battery dangerous goods declaration). Battery shipments may add 1-2 days for documentation review.

What payment methods do you accept?

What are your standard payment terms?

Standard: 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment (paid against BL copy or pre-shipment inspection).

Sample orders: 100% prepaid.

Established clients (3+ orders): We can discuss 30/70 with sea freight, OA terms, or LC at sight.

Do you accept Letter of Credit (L/C)?

Yes, for orders over $30,000 USD. We accept irrevocable L/C at sight from major banks (HSBC, Standard Chartered, BOC, etc.). L/C terms add 7-14 days to processing – please confirm before placing order.

Can I pay in my local currency?

We quote primarily in USD. For EU clients we can issue invoices in EUR or GBP at the prevailing exchange rate. T/T to our USD account is the most straightforward way to avoid double conversion fees.

Is my payment safe?

Yes. We are a registered Shenzhen company (10+ years operating history) with verifiable business license, physical office, and consistent banking relationships. For first-time clients we recommend:

  • Start with a small sample order to verify quality and service
  • Use Alibaba Trade Assurance for added third-party protection
  • Pay deposit via PayPal (buyer protection) if order is under $5,000
  • Ask for our company verification documents – we send them freely

How do you ensure product quality?

Every shipment passes our 4-step QC process:

Industry standard for phone accessories is AQL 2.5 (acceptable quality limit), which means about 2.5% minor defects, 0% major. Our actual averaged defect rate over the past 12 months is 0.8% for cases, 1.2% for electronics. We track and publish this internally.

Can I commission a third-party inspection (SGS, BV)?

Yes, encouraged. We work with all major inspection bodies. You arrange and pay the inspector, we coordinate factory access. Typical cost: $200-400 USD per inspection day. Many of our larger clients build this into every order.

After-Sales Long-term Support

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes:
