4. Payment Terms
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T (most common, 30% deposit + 70% balance). L/C (orders $10,000+). PayPal (samples under $500). Alibaba Trade Assurance (recommended for first-time buyers).
Do you offer credit terms for repeat buyers?
Yes. Repeat buyers with proven payment history may qualify for T/T 30% deposit, 70% against copy of BL. Orders over $50,000: net-30 after BL date.
5. Shipping & Logistics

6. Production Lead Time
How long does production take?
Standard wholesale: 15-25 days. OEM with custom logo and packaging: 20-30 days. OEM with custom mold: 25-40 days. Rush orders (20-30% surcharge): reduces lead time by 5-7 days.
What is your production capacity?
Monthly capacity: 500,000+ phone cases and 50,000+ dash cameras. Orders from 100 units to 100,000+ units per run supported.
7. Quality Control
How do you control quality?
Incoming material inspection → In-process QC → Pre-shipment inspection (AQL 2.5) → Third-party inspection (SGS/Bureau Veritas/Intertek available on request). Defective rate below 0.3%.
What is your RMA/defect policy?
Free replacement units, spare parts (5-10% included), or credit for verified defects. Claims processed within 7 days of receipt with photos/video evidence.
