Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer-backed trading company. Since 2015 we work exclusively with long-term partner factories in Shenzhen and Dongguan — giving you factory pricing plus the flexibility of mixed-model orders.
How do I know your products are genuine?
Every shipment passes a 4-step QC: incoming raw material check, in-line inspection, pre-shipment AQL sampling, and packaging verification. Test reports (CE, FCC, RoHS) available on request.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ is 50 pieces per model. Mixed-model orders start at 100–200 pieces total. Flexible MOQ available for new clients on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer OEM / custom branding?
Yes — full OEM and ODM service: logo printing, branded packaging, custom designs. MOQ for branded items starts at 500 pieces per design.
Do you ship to Amazon FBA warehouses?
Yes. We ship to FBA centers in US, UK, EU, Canada, Japan and Australia. We handle FBA label printing, double-boxing when required, and full export documentation.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T, PayPal, Payoneer, Western Union. Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. More flexible terms available for repeat clients.
What if goods are damaged or wrong on arrival?
